myślałem że ktoś buguje itemy ale nie nakryłem nikogo takiego. co mogło być powodem wyłączenia ????

Nie jest to przypadkiem problem z tym, że serwer zużywa za dużo zasobów? Wtedy jest automatycznie restartowany. Musisz w panelu sprawdzać co jakiś czas jakie jest obciążenie CPU i ramu.

Faktycznie restart jest spowodowany zużyciem zasobu. procesor 390%
Ale co powoduje to zużycie???
bo normalnie zużycie 20-30% procesor i około 2000mb ram

Takie zużycie procesora powoduje nadmierna ilość pluginów na sewerze. Musisz je ogarniczyć, zoptymalizować, podobnie z konfiguracją.
